Overall a great experience. Friendly and prompt waitstaff. Felt a little crowded since it's a small room. Also get there early because there is a wait list as the night goes. The food was delicious. The pork gyoza was crispy and the sauce gave it a little flavorful kick. The spicy miso was just the right amount of spicy. They have spicier bowls if you're into that. My only complaint would be the noodles felt a little undercooked because they weren't as soft as what I'm used to. Still, it didn't take away from the flavor of the rest of the dish. They also have an art wall that you can contribute to. Definitely some great artists in our area!

Some of the best ramen in Houston in my opinion! I've been going to Tiger Den for years! I'd like to say for almost a decade. I now live in Austin but when I'm in town, I love revisiting this nostalgic restaurant. The noodles taste fresh and I know they're made in house. The broth isn't too salty which I really enjoy, however the flavor is definitely there. The pork belly is melt in your mouth good. We also got an order of chicken karaage which was just as yummy. It gets busy and there is usually a paper outside the window where you have to add your name for the wait-list. It goes pretty quick and it's highly efficient. Our waitress was kind and amazing! One of our orders took a bit to come out, but she was sure to update us every so often about its status! I highly recommend this place if you're in Houston!

I love coming here! I’ve been to other ramen places but always end up coming back to this one. Their tonkotsu ramen and pork gyoza is the best! Would recommend coming here if you’re in the areaParking: There are two parking garages in the plaza plus parking right in front of tiger den

The food is really not special, the Ramen is quite salty and not like the Ramen I ate in Japan during the years I studied abroad there. The grilled chicken skewers were quite good, the most disappointing was the Takoyaki as it was mostly just flour, I didn't see any octopus in my Takoyaki. The staff is quite good, but sometimes maybe because the restaurant is crowded, they have to call many times. The space between tables is good enough to not feel too close to other diners, which is great.Parking: Because the restaurant is located in the Building area, there is a lot of parking here.
